Viewing Color Statistics

Currently, only some servers support plugin windows. Used with those servers, Welcome will display a window with color statistics. You can move it around and it will remember its position and visibility between restarts. If you close it, you can choose "Welcome-Plugin" from the plugin menu (or if the server does not support the plugin menu, you can disable/enable stats in Welcomes preferences and the window will appear again).

If your server does not support windows (or if you are controling your server remotely), then you can access your server statistics via a JPEG picture. You will need to install QuickTime on your server to use this feature.

Simply access [server]/stats.welcome?n or [server]/pi_admin_stats.welcome?n (with n from 1 to 6 for different JPEG quality). The second is a private call (protected by the default realm) and you can define access by either one of them at the preferences page.

Attention:
If you are changing the timing values or units, a refreshing delay of up to one minute can occur. This only happens if you are switching from a longer to a shorter time. However, internal hit counting will continue.
